Empire III makes little mention of infantry fatigue whereas, in my opinion Empire V goes too far by stating that if any unit (even just one or two) within an infantry ME is involved in any form of Close Action Combat during an hourly round the whole ME receives 1 Fatigue point at the end of the hour. This seems extremely harsh?
In my 'house rules' only units which are involved in close action combat receive a Fatigue Point at the end of the hour. I also give units breaking in bad morale a fatigue. Fatigue Points received in 'bad' ME Determination Tests and ME Morale Tests are adhered too.
Please let me have your views, thanks.
