Things are shaping up for a possible return on Barsoom--though more likely Brackett than Burroughs. But I'd need to have innocent bystanders for Kahora Spaceport, Lakkmanda Markets and the low canal towns. If I could still buy Paroom Station, they'd be first choice. Can anyone recommend any other 25/28mm humanoid civilians, a little less high-tech than the usual Star Wars/Star Trek/B5 run?

(While I'm at it, candidates for a Yarol figure? I think I could get away with a Han Solo for Northwest Smith and a John Carter for John Eric Stark, but sometimes henchpeople have more individuality.)

Would traditionally dressed Middle Eastern civilians work for your world?

They may have to, 79th, and I have thought about it--or even drafting Pharaonic Egyptian peasants in loin cloth. But I'll fill several other vacancies first if it comes to that. As space and time grow more limited, I'm getting fussier.

Well, not as though I'm out of stuff to paint.
