"Count Goya, the prolific collector and painter from north of the border has sent me some pictures of part his wonderful Napoleonic figure collection. These are British infantry form around 1815 and represent most of the British regiments that fought at Waterloo. I thought I would share some of the pictures. which are mostly 'old school' Minifigs, Hinton Hunt and Les Higgins examples as pure eye candy. I look forward to seeing more of his armies in the future…"

He has done his homework. Flags correctly orientated for Line and Guard. 71st, 95th and 52 especially appeal, with only the last carrying a pair of flags.

Really nice find, thanks

Are all the Guards flank company men?

Thanks for the comments. They are all the British Infantry Regiments that fought at Waterloo. Each unit has the right hat and facings but not necessarily the exactly correct flag. The 95th have been amalgamated into 2 battalions rather than 1 and roughly 2 halves.

4th Cuirassier- They are flank company figures so not not strictly correct but it is an imposing figure worthy of a Guardsman.

The cavalry are also done. Here's the link.

The 7th Hussars are in the earlier Peninsular uniform but a unit in the Waterloo as been added. The 23rd Dragoons (middle left) only had 9 figures but another 4 have been acquired after years of looking so they are at full strength.

The artillery have also been completed. The 4 foot batteries are two guns while the 8 RHA only have one. The line has to be drawn somewhere!

These don't include the KGL units. Again it was about drawing a line.
