Great looking game and great write up. As I can only handle basic food, church, and swearing in Russian, I had to have it translated. This bit is wonderful, even in translation: "Despondency and sorrow swept Constantinople, for the Turks reached the Bosphorus itself and bathed their horses in its warm waters to shame the Greeks. And the general was sent to the monastery to read Roman treatises on the military lot, as well as "Tactics" by Leo and "Strategy" by Nikephoros." |
