Still nothing new at Warlord re doctor who. Other than the free figure that popped up recently.

I am wondering if it's not just a carrot to try to attract people to buy from their WHO range?

Perhaps it's not a suggestion that they are expanding the range at all?

I would have expected a better freebie if it was heading up a new line of products. Also that those new products may be available to capitalise on people's short attention span after getting the freebie and bothering to check out the range.

Looks like WL may bust be trying to sell WHO to people who aren't interested in it to me.

Of course, I could be wrong, but a better freebie released along with new figures sounds like a better idea to me. Unless they are just trying to move dusty stock.

Sometimes a carrot is just a carrot.

Until it leads you over a cliff.

The point is the free figure is the only thing we've seen from them in a long time. Back then they were talking about all the great stuff they had in coming up, then nothing.

If the range was doing well they would have been releasing more now. Unless they view the upcoming train wreck of a show as being a game changer for them? The six people who bought the unlucky 13th doctor may also buy the next. Unless the few people ok with the last big change I won't mention aren't as happy with a this next big change I won't mention, then they have a problem. I think most fans didn't want any changes to formula to begin with. When you muck with formula you will ultimately lose. BBC got lucky in the way they treated the modern tat like a new show entirely, to begin with. Then the new fans couldn't handle regeneration and now they muck with formula even more.

Yeah, as much as I want, I just can't look away (except to watch the show of course).
