From Sea Dog Game Studio. 28mm 3d printed boat that came in two pieces with a stick to make the mast (I had to find some cloth for the sail and another stick for the other part of the mast.),


I added a little something to the side with greenstuff and a resin skull. The figure is a 28mm Crocodile Games Helen.
