Good painting guide…

I agree it is a nice paint job but it isn't a guide on how to paint the miniatures.

Are mistakes there?…

When I see the word guide as you have used it here I think that this is a way to paint the figures which it isn't. It doesn't say how to paint them or what colors to use. If you would have just stated good painting that is more of a statement.

Oh!… ok… well… I still took this kind of works as painting guide… call me Old School… but I have never used real "tutorials" for my little soldiers …

Tango, this is a painting reference not a guide. A guide shows you how to get results a reference is just showing the final results and gives you ideas for colors.
