The temps here in Georgia have felt like 100 degrees plus so I though I'd cool off with a winter game. This one is inspired by German attempts to relieve Budapest in January 1945. 6mm minis and TFL's I Ain't Been Shot Mum rules. Link to the flickr site and the full AAR. Excellent layout, as you always do, Mark! I love the whitewashed vehicles and snow covered fields.

That's beautiful and looks very real!

Thanks. I mentioned in one of the pics of Tiger IIs, that these were the very first GHQ models I bought over 40 years ago. They really looked sad with their lack of detail. So I tarted them up and whitewashed them to help hide their issues, I was happy to see them back out after such a long hiatus.

That actually looks cold! Nice looking game, your AARs are always great to see. Thanks.

How do you handle tank damage with 6mm vehicles? I don't see any markers (for example, engine damage).

Microbiggie16 Aug 2022 9:06 a.m. PST

I do have some tiny markers that we can put next to the vehicles, but we also have roster sheets to record damage.
