I see there two very high ranking Generals (with blue sash over right shoulder).
One probably must be Bennigsen? But then the plume must be by older fashion like the sitting officers have.
Who is the other one and why he wear ADC insignia?

Also there are two officers with blue sash over left shoulder. What this mean?
Russians wore over left shoulder only red or red edged with gold sashes.

Hi all, lovely wagons,shame no traces! Such a simple thing to add and such a glaring omission, makes it look so ridiculous. How anyone can take the time lovingly painting with intricate detail to this this fantastic level yet not be bothered with basics is beyond me. The horse team just has to be tied to the wagon! I imagine the driver cracking the whip and the horses galloping off leaving the wagon sitting there, quite comic,but sad to see no care given to the model. Question: are you guilty of the same crime? Is it a minor detail of little importance to you?
Regards.
Alan.

Very nice looking figures. They are going to look great on the table.🙂

I agree. The painting style is vibrant and the minies look outstanding. There is a lot of attention to detail – I love how the horses' eyes have been done.

Congratulations on that achievement!

The painting is great and I will forgive the lack of traces. They are truly hard work and have given rise to much strong language in my hands.

Here is the odd thing. My only criticism is the horses' eyes! Whites will only show when the horse is facing a square, hedged with bayonets. Otherwise all you see is the (usually dark) iris and the black pupil;
