So when does that court give their ruling on Russia being a terrorists organization? 😉 I mean if they can identify one, they surely can identify another. Maybe they will defer that decision to the Ukrainian Supreme Court.

So since Russia never declared war Ukraine can Ukraine treat all Russian prisoners as terrorists?
Therefor not giving Russian prisoners the benefit of the Geneva convention?

I doubt any of the AZOV guys will make it back to Ukraine much like Waffen SS units captured by the Soviets in WW2 (No I am not a Waffen SS apologist so calm down and take your meds before you launch into a self righteous tirade / tantrum.)

No I am not comparing the two, I am just stating when the Russians hate you never get to go home.
