I'm sorry to hear that -- the 4 officers you brought up were not killed during the 1/6 riot. One died of unrelated health causes, and three others took their own lives. Since the Capitol Police are managed by the House and Senate leaders, and Pelosi has influence and control over the CP -- why haven't we gotten more information about why three officers committed suicide after the 1/6 event? Why hasn't she released the full footage and info of that day? Why is she not being grilled on why she (and the mayor of DC) refused National Guard support that was offered by the Trump Admin?

No officers died on 1/6, and fewer were injured than during the May 29, 2020 Antifa assault on the White House. Or have we forgotten when Antifa/BLM tried to storm the White House, forcing the President to be removed for safety -- the street battle resulted in 60 Secret Service agents and several hundred Park Police and DC cops being injured, and an historic church was torched by the mob. Where's the 5/29 commission???

Another man who died of a "fall" may also have been killed by the Capitol Police who used flashbang grenades on the crowd which knocked him down, and a fourth person suffered a heart attack -- and the Capitol Police wouldn't help EMTs get to him.

Back on topic, it's good this guy is gone, but Biden's statements don't match reality. For example, he said in his statement that we will "never again allow Afghanistan to become a terrorist safe haven because he is gone, and we're going to make sure that nothing else happens."

How? I mean, the Biden Admin conducted a self-rout from Afghanistan, handing control of it to the Taliban in a deadly and humiliating debacle that saw thousands abandoned to their fate and some $80 USD billion in military equipment and facilities abandoned in place during the retreat. So how exactly will Biden "never again allow Afghanistan to become a terrorist safe haven."?

It is also ironic that Zawahiri, if the details about the attack are true, only left save haven in Pakistan to go to Kabul because his Taliban pals were once again in charge providing safe haven to AQ and others who would attack the US…that's a pretty poor trade to make…a whole country for one man…

Typically shooting an unarmed woman as she climbs through a window does not rise to the level of deadly force. Rushing forward and knocking her backwards or pepper spraying her would be more reasonable. But the whole story has not been released on the riots in the Capitol that day. The Capitol Police are not subject to FOIA requests because the Congress does not want their dirty laundry exposed when they are caught naked or drunk in their office at 2 am and have a confrontation with the police.

The suicide issue is also very close to my heart. It deserves more attention, not public necessarily, but from the military. There was a cluster of incidents on a naval vessel recently. Not only tragic, but it can absolutely destroy morale.

We claim to have gotten the AQ leader, but I do wonder what proof and/or level of confidence they have in that.

There have been many claims of others killed on numerous occasions, only to see them "rise from the grave" a few years later, proving the earlier assertions to be false.

Alas, I was unable to see the report details from last night, but only see a smoking building today, making me wonder about the attack's effectiveness vs. him, and any others in the vicinity of him.

Sadly, I suspect we will NEVER truly know if we got him, given this and other issues in the past.
