A drone-borne explosive device detonated Sunday at the headquarters of Russia's Black Sea Fleet, injuring six people, officials said.

The explosion at the headquarters in the city of Sevastopol on the Crimean peninsula that Russia annexed from Ukraine in 2014 caused cancellation of observances of Russia's Navy Day holiday…

I've seen reports that cast some doubt on whether this was actually a Ukrainian drone strike or a convenient excuse to cancel the Navy Day festivities. I've also seen some of the Navy Day advertisements showing US aircraft carriers and the Moskva in the artwork. Suffice to say none of those ships would have been present at the actual event (if it hadn't been canceled).
