I've seen reports that cast some doubt on whether this was actually a Ukrainian drone strike or a convenient excuse to cancel the Navy Day festivities. I've also seen some of the Navy Day advertisements showing US aircraft carriers and the Moskva in the artwork. Suffice to say none of those ships would have been present at the actual event (if it hadn't been canceled). |
