Even reading how other rules go, have nothing I would change too.

Hi 14 Bore

I think the Allied (None French) Leader, Infantry, Cavalry and Artillery ratings are stuck in the 1796-1806 period. The allied rating should improve while the French decline?

How units are ranked puzzles me at times, but if you don't know only have Prussian, Russian, British and allies and Bavarian. And do some minor changes if units do well or badly so not locked totally into rankings. Haven't done anything to General ratings but that too should be done for same reasons as I do units.

Agreed 14 Bore.
