I decided to take a chance on a small order of 40 figures from 3 (I think) different ranges. It took about 3 weeks to the day to get the figures. I did get an order confirmation via email, and an email with a tracking number when the item shipped. For some reason that went to my "promotional" email file, so I never saw it until after the figures arrived as I only check that file once a week or so. Most recent BTD thread: TMP link |

I've placed multiple orders with Black Tree USA over the years. They aren't always the fastest but I have always received 100% of the order. |

Crisp castings, very minimal flash across the board, and no mold line issues. |

I have put a few orders in recently and the shipping has been quick with no issues. I do only order what is on sale, so I wait. I am assuming those items will be in stock and cast or ready to ship. Recent orders have been various Saxons, Vikings, and an order of some gladiators. As mentioned above, the quality was great as usual. I believe I actually got emails for shipping notifications and thank you notes with the figs, that is new. |
