I have collected a page of illustrations, mostly manuscript illuminations, relief sculptures and frescoes, of medieval face-mask and transitional helmets. Some that I haven't mentioned before are:

Illustrations, mostly manuscript illuminations, relief sculptures and frescoes, of medieval face-mask and transitional helmets.
Many of the early ones are from Spain, of a type that still appears there much later.
