After months of activities, obligations, and general exhaustion, I had part of an Independence Day Weekend with an empty house, a full lardner, and some time to finally experiment with the rules for Planet 28.

Poor Cuddles, I think he should get Wolverine style cybernetic blade inserts for the rematch. And you can't really kill the Loc-Nar, it just reappears somewhere else, but you know that. Sounds like a fun challenge, though.

Taught the rules to my daughter and ran the rematch this afternoon. Simply swapping out an inert ability (Heal) for +1 to an ability score and a simple blade turned him far more effective, even if the ending was… well… I'll post it on Wednesday.

The Killer Teddy Bears are still available to order online, although there's always a person or two at the HMGS convention flea markets with Macho Women with Guns minis. Going to actively set up some regular bears, and a scheme for the Necro-Bears.

I got my daughter to play the scenario with, and with a few tweaks to Cuddles the Killer Teddy Bear and the "mutants", we had a more dramatic game.
