HellO! I was looking for some advice from others that have painted the American forces for the War of 1812; what colors did you use? Particularly for the Winfield Scott brigade of the Niagara campaign and the 1813 uniform reforms. |

I used this painting for reference link Very easy. Just Vallejo light gray, black, and white. Some red sashes for the color guard. Vallejo military blue for the officer's jacket. Here is an invaluable uniform guide. link |

@Necron099 Just checked my paints and I do have Vallejo light grey, but I can't find Vallejo Military Blue on either their website or my paint caddy. @Dave Jackson Sure thing! |
