What a tour of your forces, not sure my little tablet does them justice to see.

Love to see "old" figures used as I have a lot of them also.

Wow, great looking game! Love the figs!!! I have a bunch of Hinchliffe historical figs I also use for fantasy. My fantasy armies in 25mm are mainly Grenadier, Partha and Heritage. I really enjoyed this!!! Thanks

Posted this on your blog too.

Please some more information on your use of generals and unit activation.

Does the general need to activate before his troops can roll for activation?

What happens after all his units have had a chance to activate?

Thanks,

Vince

Thanks for the nice comments.
Col Durnford –
a) the general does not have to activate before his/her units attempt to do so, but he/she has to activate if he/she wants to carry out an action himself/herself, e.g. move, shoot, cast spell.
b) if a unit fails to activate in his/her "group", the initiative passes to the next "group" in the same army; if all the units in a "group" have activated, once their actions are finished, initiative passes to the next "group".
c) all units in a "group" have to stay within 12"/30 cm of their general, otherwise they cannot by activated.
d) if a general is Battered, their units can still activate, but the general cannot give any bonuses, e.g. for Rallying.
