Nothing like real snow to set the scene

You know, if they lower those guns a bit, and space them out some more, they could clear out that snow pretty quickly.

The nice thing about real snow it it's free, and self dispensing, and cleans itself up, eventually.

They do use guns to perform controlled avalanches.
