It's been all change at the Solo Wargamers Association Blog – and the Solo Wargamers Association itself with a new Web Site Editor, and a change of Editor for the Lone Warrior magazine itself!

George Arnold had managed the website since its startup in 2011, the new site editor is John Yorio link

And Rich Barbuto has completed Issue 219 of Lone Warrior, his final and 110th issue as editor starting with the North American edition and then the World Wide edition over the last 27 years! link The new editor will be David Newport.

Many thanks are due to both Rich and George for their sterling efforts, and to John and David for picking up the reins.

Recent articles on the Lone Warrior blog include:

Musings on campaigns by George Banic link

Jonathan Aird reviewed Osprey Duel 33 : Panzer IV vs Char B1 Bis (France 1940) PDF link and found it refreshingly interesting.

The current sample articles from Lone Warrior that are available for reading are:

1. Craig Dunglison's "Legendary Leagues" with the game Marvel Legendary PDF link (Originally published in Lone Warrior 211)

2. Paul Le Long's A Song of Frost and Shadow: Fantasy Skirmish Wargames PDF link (Originally published in Lone Warrior 211)

Quite a bit of material to read while waiting for your opponent to move. :-)

Best of luck to the new Editors and thanks to those who put in all the effort in the past.
