"Phalanx Consortium are just the BEST!" Topic

I placed my 3rd or 4th recent order with them late last week. It was late Friday or Saturday. I placed 2 orders as 1 item I wanted wasn't available on their website (bases). I ordered it from their Etsy store. The other was from their regular store front. I was buying bases for Strength and Honour 2mm Ancient rules. Well, I should have probably contacted them but wanted the bases quick as I have been printing up 2mm armies using files from Project wargaming. They combined the orders, refunded my extra shipping and got it all to me today (Wednesday). These folks are just great! Every one of my orders has been very quickly delivered. Usually 2-3 days from when the order was made. They have a buyers loyalty rewards program which is also excellent. I bought loads of bases from them when they were at Cincycon in 2021. If they are there in 2023 I'll be buying more stuff! I am a HUGE fan of their products and just AWESOME service!

I was thinking about bases yesterday. I just ordered 400 bases for various projects through their web store.

I see them at the HMGS conventions. They're really a nice company to do business with.

I have dealt with them at the HMGS cons and they are great to deal with. A few items that they didn't have at the con were sent to me. Highly recommend them.

I received my order in five days, and that includes a Sunday and a Monday holiday. Two thumbs up.
