Hello everyone,
Please, I am looking for a rule specifically for the Renaissance period but dating from before 1976, you don't know and you know where to find it? .Thanks.

"War Games Rules (1490- 1660)" by George Gush, published by WRG. 1st Edition dates from Sept. 1976, but is based on possibly unpublished sets by WRG and Dave Millward as early as 1971.

Thanks but I know because I have it, that's why I specified before 1976. Thank you, it's not for collecting, but I find that the game systems before 1976 are more interesting because they are more outdated, etc… If you know of any others, please indicate it.

Hi Paskal, I have a couple for you:

With Pike and Musket by C. F. Wessencraft. Published by the Elmfield Press, 1975.

Cavaliers and Roundheads by Gary Gygax and Jeff Perren. Published by TSR, 1973. (Yes, it was ‘that' Gary Gygax!)

I try to keep a list, of 17th century rules on my Blog here:

First , a bravo for the "Charge The Guns" blog !!!

Thank you all,for the moment I would like information to make my choice late.

But I think the older it gets, the more I like it.
