The first figure that turned up when I dug through my unpainted miniatures pile looking for something evoking swords and sorcery. Although sword and planet might be more accurate in this case. Ran into a couple of issues, but things turned out well. This is the version in extraterrestrial beach attire.

Very nice! I love the Tin Man figures especially those who hew to the original descriptions from ERB's works.

Very well done figure. Your flesh formula looks great!

Looking good!

I liked the flesh. I've been experimenting with using a couple colors from one Reaper triad with another color from a different triad.

Tin Man are nice figures, but 32mm is a bit of a stretch for those of us who started with Heritage John Carter of Mars figures.

Excellent description of the process. Thanks.

Yeah, I started with Heritage John Carter figs. Recently dive in a picked up a load of Fighting 15s Imperial Mars 15mms figs. Tin Man are great figs though.

Thanks

John

Thanks for the kind remarks, y'all!

This is the first figure from Tin Man Miniatures that I've gotten around to brushing paint on. The quality is impressive. It was a great choice for this experiment, I'll be taking what I learned forward, and I'm looking forward to more!
