The Anglo-Indian 1st Brigade of the Chitral Field Force is probing north towards the Chitral territory. The attached political officer Lieutenant Reginald Lowell scouts ahead with a patrol of the 77th Bengal Lancers and is accompanied by his adjutant Naik Majendra Bahadur Gurung, aka, Billy Fish.

Great start to your campaign, looking forward to more.

If I may ask, what figures are you using for the Russians in the second photo?

Perhaps this lot will make an appearance at Hurricon this year. Sadly they were missing in action at Recon. Going though Sgt Guinness TSATF withdrawal!

Another fine effort Jeff. For those of you who have never played in one of his games they look magnificent and play even better than they look, which is saying something.

"Sgt. Guinness" is one of the best reasons to be a Colonial Wargamer and a breathing advocate of what can be done with
"The Sword And The Flame."

I think the Brom's should consider voting him a Sword of Honor for his contributions to The Game!

I second TVAG's motion.

Gentlemen, I am both honored and humbled all at once! Your friendship, support with projects, and involvement in my games over the decades has been unmeasurable.

The next episode will be played out at HMGS-South's HurriCon 2022 this September in Orlando. The campaign is in full swing and those attending will once again be a part of it either by taking the place of the Khans or Imperial Officers. Watch my blog for updates and AAR's.

Fl Tory took the part of Muletail Khan in the Bulgur Pass game played at HMGS-South's Recon-2021. See the report here:

Big Red, thank you sir. The Russians in the 2nd pic are from the Askari Miniatures Russian Colonial range. All the Ruskies in the Bulgur Pass scenario except for the few in that pic are from my friend Bob's collection from Kansas. Here's the link to Askari Minis where I got this pack, Russian Infantry Advancing/Firing: (RU-1)

Bravo! The British have a political officer? I thought all British officers were political.
