AHQ is a fantastic game made much better by the expansion
"Terror in the dark" which expands the magic items and has an great set of quest idea's.
The random dungeon generation system needs some work is the first room can be a quest room!.
I read on a website (can't rember which) the idea of a defensive skill which replaced the weapon skill when defending in combat so a say berserker could have a high weapon skill but a low defensive skill to reflect his reckless fighting style.
Also in those house rules shields increase your defensive skill. |
