In the last 10 months, the process of ratifying of the Millennium Challenge Compact (MCC) agreement, a $5 USDM grant for Nepal's energy infrastructure, agreed to between the USA and Nepal in 2017, has gone from a blink and you'll miss it business investment deal to a political football that has split the 5 party coalition government led by Sher Bahadur Deuba…"
