According to the British government, Lieutenant General Serhiy Kisel has been suspended for failing to capture Kharkiv, and Vice Admiral Igor Osipov has been suspended from commanding the Black Sea Fleet.

So it begins, I wonder if the scapegoats will go beyond military commanders?

There is no widespread anti-Semitism in Russia (at the everyday marginal level, it is found, however, as elsewhere). Many argue just the opposite – the dominance of Jews in the Russian government ;-)
In fact, the vast majority do not care who is of what nationality.
