"It's not a morgue, it's a dump. It's massive, it's… not a field, not a landfill site… Fenced off, cordoned off, no one's allowed in. Anyway, that's where they're brought, thousands of them. A dump the height of a man…" an invader tells his wife from the "Donetsk People's Republic".

Meh, get me some satellite footage and I'll pay more attention. Both sides are playing the propaganda game. Even if Ukraine is in the right, bad propaganda makes it harder to believe real facts when it's important to do so. For example, the Admiral Makarov "sinking" was touched-up footage from a video game -- not necessary to do, gents, and all too easy to refute.

Yes, there is so much propaganda out there … it's hard to know who to believe. Although … the dead, especially the Russian's, are high on both sides …

IMHO Ukraines propaganda has been a little bit easier to verify than the Russians.

I was watching The Estonian Guy's footage of Russian May Day parades, and one unit marched by the cameras with "Z" patches that were just one lightning bolt shy of an SS patch. Take that image that the Russians gifted to you and make that into a propaganda campaign, eh??

So you can turn this:

Into this with barely any effort…

And with slightly more effort, just reversing the patch image, you get this:

You can do about anything with today's tech. E.g. don't believe any photos with me & Sofia Vergara in compromising positions, etc., … 😲

For those who insist on trying assign moral equivalency to both sides in this war, you need only wait for Ukraine to win--possibly rather shortly--to find out how their reportage/propaganda has been so much more truthful than that of the "Ruscists."

And there is independent satellite evidence that the Makarov was at least hit and just recently came into Sebastopol. I'm not at all sure she will emerge again on patrol before the shooting stops.

Their practice of body disposal of russian rabble aside,
do you think they will embalm pale Putin and put him in Snow White's Glass Coffin in the Mausoleum?

Most armies today use body bags. Or just ponchos until they get body bags.
