H.I. Sutton, an independent journalist focusing on naval warfare, has spotted more than a dozen of the Russian Black Sea Fleet's remaining warships, intact and underway.

They include Admiral Makarov, one of the fleet's three frigates and arguably the top target for Ukraine's drones and anti-ship missile batteries…

The whole "Makarov hit" thing was revealed as a fake a couple of days ago

The article suggests that the S-400 could protect those ships from the Neptunes. I'd love to know how that turns out, but it's more important that everyone stop shooting.

I am 100% sure that the Russians would keep sailing a nearly-disabled ship around and make sure the international journalists see it.

Pretty easy to repaint another vessel with the Makarov's ship numbers, if/when needed/desired too, if they own more than one of those.

They have three – total. I think most naval intelligence departments can count that high.
