Sadly, they do appear to be hit and miss on emails. I'm in the US so my best results come from calling them. Orders that are 100% in stock seem to ship fairly quickly. If something is out of stock and they need to cast it expect to wait a month. |

I saw this and I couldn't believe the Federal Aviation Administration was out of business. |
