One can only hope, but I doubt it. That would be possibly a good thing, unless Putin decides to take the rest of the world down with him.

Boy I sure hope Russia collapses into anarchy. Nothing like nuclear, bio, and chem weapons just waiting to be picked up or sold to anyone and everyone that would want them. That would be awesome.
