Lawmakers receiving the latest secret briefings on UFOs say national security agencies still aren't taking seriously the reports of highly advanced aircraft of unknown origin violating protected airspace… Politico: link |

I've following this for some time. I think it will come down to no one knows where these UFOs/UAPs come from. They have tech literally light years ahead of anything we have. Plus we don't have anything to defend against this super high tech is it comes to that. However, I don't think it will … In reality so very much of this is very, very, classified. Does the gov't, military, intel, etc. know more than they are saying ? Assuredly … that is a given. It comes down to the standard intel questions i.e. who, what, where, how. There is really so much we don't know about this, whether paranormal, supernatural, super hi-tech, etc., or all 3 & possibly much more. And I'm not completely sure I understand those 3 [or more, of course] … The biggest question again IMO, do we have anything to defend vs. UFOs/UAPs ? If need be. Again if so it is very, very classified. |

They are lawmakers after all. I doubt they grasp the physics involved. |

If they are what they appear to be, I doubt there's anything we can do other that hope they are friendly or at least just observing us. Kind of like advanced Jane Goodalls. |

"They have tech literally light years ahead of anything we have." I think they are only about a hundred years ahead of us technology-wise. Also, they are extra-dimensional. And, if they are intelligent, they'd be smart not to start a fight with our species. I mean, look how we revel in killing off vast numbers of our populations in war. Heck, some would kill them just to take their shoes… ;-) |

I think they are only about a hundred years ahead of us technology-wise. They appear to operate on an entirely different level of physics. So I'd say they far head of us beyond 100 years. In fact we don't know … extra-dimensional. One of the better theories … And, if they are intelligent, they'd be smart not to start a fight with our species Very true, but to them we may appear as a violent primitive species. However, their tech is far beyond our warfighting tech. I'm going with the Jane Goodalls paradigm … But again, in reality … we don't know what we don't know … And it seems we don't know a lot on this phenomena. |

We should demand the release of the real photos from Roswell, and get to see where the UFO and alien bodies are stored. We do know that they're capable of turning off/shutting down our strategic nuclear missiles, so they're pretty advanced to be able to do that. Directional EMP capabilities on demand, apparently. |

Our leadership thinks it would "panic" the population. Plus the one rumor is the aliens don't want to govts to say anything. True or not both it could be disturbing … |
