Where might I find 28mm ladders for scaling walls. I haven't found anything yet, so I would really appreciate any help you wise souls might give me on this search. Thanks in advance.

Just out of curiosity, do you want them to be able to hold minis or just mark areas of placement?

Good question,. Just to mark areas of placement.

Sounds like a job for kabob sticks, flat toothpicks and some good glue.

You might check out the hobby store or hobby section of Walmart to look for the plastic mesh canvas that is used for knitting. It comes in various sizes and is easily snipped to the length you want. One sheet might get you all of the ladders that you need.

"War Bases" has MDF ladders in three different lengths.

I assume that the OG pack was not what you wanted because it also has figure

I made mine out of sticks OR piano wire. You need a bunch of them in 1:1 scale, doubled if you want ladder carriers and also men climbing ladders. I found that piano wire ladders fit the OG carriers better.

28 actual ladders were used in the assault, per Santa Anna's written orders:

Ladders are neither period specific, nor genre specific. Take a look at medieval and fantasy sites.

I bought a couple of sets (Old Glory?), around 25 years ago, for my fantasy games. They've seen plenty of table time. Super fast and easy to paint, too. They are just the right length to reach my 28mm walls (Fat Dragon Games cardstock walls). Cheers!

Thanks for all the suggestions, folks. Group knowledge if a cool thing.

Sure enough has a pack of siege ladders from their siege range from the Middle Ages. Never thought to look there. Good grief.
