Does anyone have experience printing these out to match the Warlord Games epic ACW line? I know they were designed to be 6mm and I'm afraid upscaling them will make them look too "cute." Thanks in advance.

They can be scaled, in his facebook forum there are some guides. Another option is Eskice who does his to fit perfectly

Henry has two sets of ACW STLS -- a 10mm-15mm set, and a 6mm set.

So none of Henry Turner's miniatures come out with the "cute" effect?
