Yes, it is well known UBL, AQ, etc. wanted to do more damage to the USA. Rumors were he even was trying to get a nuke(s)/WMDs. Regardless he and his kind "reaped the whirlwind". Causing massive losses to many moslems, etc., in A'stan, the Mid East, etc. He and his supporters' actions are responsible. Not the US/West reacting to those attacks. Just like Imperial Japan learned after Pearl Harbor … They "woke a sleeping giant" … Or as my buddy from TX used to say, "You mess with the bull, you get the horns." …

The West needs to be less PC[woke] and more aware of the many threats out there. And those include islamic terrorists/jihadis, along with Putin, Xi, Iran, etc.
