You might pit your Ottoman collection against GNW, SYW, or Napoleonic-era Russians. |

I might pit them agaisnt orcs and elves- I just need someone to game against. If there are any 28mm Renaissance gamers in NE London get in touch |

Good looking figures. Have you tried AdlG? Central London Wargames Club play a lot of it. Some in 25mm but mainly 15mm. Your force does not seem that large so this might suit. They play many other games too. Bank Holiday Mondays often feature a huge SYW game using the King of the Battlefield rules (9 players, hundreds of 15mm regiments on an 18ft table last week). FoW, Bolt Action are also played as well as many other systems. Have fun. |

I have played ADLG – is there a rensaissance version now? I never much cared for it to be honest. I visited Central Lobdon a few times – had some very bad experiences from elitists, period bores and snobs, I certainly wont return |

That Ottoman force can form the spring board for wars from the mid 15th to Napoleonic period. It can also be the building block for an army, starting off as a raiding force or an advanced guard. Plenty of options tbh. Have you tried BLB rules set? |

I've not tried those, I have no experience with them I thought for the Lace Wars rather than the 17th century. Its something of a wargamers fallacy that the Ottoman army of the 17th century was the same army which Napolean faced Besdies which, where would I find an opponant? |
