I think Dubai the police us Lambos too. Yes, only the supervisors. Los Angeles PD has an Adam-12 car. Officers who get a reward drive it for a shift. They only handle the calls they want to handle and don't have to write reports. Just like on the TV show. I have supervised guards and had them crash bicycles, golf carts, sedans, and SUVs. They get to guard it.
