Beautiful, but what is 1/54th scale?

Dave Woodchuck09 Apr 2022 4:45 p.m. PST

That seems odd, I agree. Maybe they mean classic toy soldier scale at 54mm, or maybe they are actually using 1/54, which seems like a flavor of 25 or 28mm.

Dave Woodchuck09 Apr 2022 4:47 p.m. PST

And by flavor, I mean the oversized "heroics" that are closer to 32mm or so.

No they are 54mm which is 1/32 scale.

Saying it's 1/54 is a mistake.

Excellent job, 15 years in the making. Wow. Very inspiring for my humble current Alamo wargaming terrain project.

Wow indeed! Superbly done, both the diorama and the video.

That is too cool. Wow, that gets me in the mood to dust off and fire up my Alamo figures.

That is awesome. If I'd seen that as a kid I would have spent hours just staring at it.
