Joe,
This was wonderful. Who said the French couldn't or wouldn't
fight? Great looking game, sound scenario, well painted
figs, vehicles and buildings. And thanks for using small words
in your AAR! ;-) Look forward to your next ones.

Great fight, Joe, thanks for posting! The table and troops really look great, and I love early war fights, but I'm really curious about the subject matter.

That is, I found it very interesting that you chose to roll up and follow a French company; what's your overall plan? They get evacuated at Dunkirk, go to North Africa to fight at Bir Hakiem, then land in southern France to fight in Alsace? Gotta think big! ;)

Thank you both. Sam, my new goal with writing is, "no marine left behind".
Jack, that is what you would do because you have a lot more energy than me. I will be lucky if I can get these guys through the fall of France! I did paint up a new Capt Moulin figure though. : )

Cheers

Joe

Sam – Don't encourage him!

Joe – I was going to start calling you "Low Energy Joe," but I prefer to idolize my heroes, so I believe I shall simply go with "Eclectic Joe," and pretend it's not your low energy, but your butterfly-like attention span, that keeps you from getting to everything you should ;)

And I'm looking forward to seeing the new and improved Capitan Moulin in action!

V/R,
Jack
