Russian state-owned propaganda outlet RIA published the new programmatic article with the title "What Russia must do with Ukraine". The article reveals a detailed plan for a genocide, starting from full elimination of Ukrainian state. Original article from official RIA Novosti, was removed after discovery of massacres at many villages in Ukraine.

Original article in Russian (nothing is lost in Internet):

ALL this program MUST and will be used toward Russian Nazi himself.
This will be the real outcome of this war. Only then can lasting peace be achieved.

Stryderg04 Apr 2022 1:24 p.m. PST

Only then can lasting peace be achieved.

It's been said before, and it will never happen. At least not before the second coming.

…The article reveals a detailed plan for a genocide…

Read the article, didn't see genocide.

"Read the article, didn't see genocide."

So there will be no opposition in West to use ALL this pure Russian program toward Russians himself?
Russians know what is good for them.

"Denazification is necessary when a significant part of the people — most likely the majority — has been absorbed and drawn into politics by the Nazi regime. That is, when the hypothesis "the people are good – the government is bad" does not work. Recognition of this fact is the basis of the policy of denazification, all its activities, and the fact itself is its subject."

So majority of nation is bad.

"Ukraine is in that situation. The fact that the Ukrainian voter voted for the "peace of Poroshenko" and the "world of Zelensky" should not be misleading – Ukrainians were quite satisfied with the shortest path to peace through the blitzkrieg, which the last two Ukrainian presidents hinted at transparently when they were elected. It is this method of "appeasement" of internal anti-fascists – through total terror – that has been used in Odessa, Kharkiv, Dnepropetrovsk, Mariupol, other Russian cities. And this suited the Ukrainian man in the street quite well. Denazification is a set of measures against the Naziified mass of the population, which technically cannot be directly punished as war criminals."

But those mass of population can be punished indirectly?
Technically not, but practically can? In mass?

"Nazis who took weapons, must be killed in numbers as much as possible… Not just the elites, the most of the people are guilty, they are passive Nazis, Nazi enablers. They supported these elites and must be punished"
"However, in addition to the top, a significant part of the popular mass, which are passive Nazis, accomplices of Nazism, is also guilty. They supported and indulged the Nazi government."

So majority is not only bad, it is guilty.

"A just punishment of this part of the population is possible only as a bearing the inevitable burdens of a just war against the Nazi system, conducted as carefully and cautiously as possible in relation to civilians. Further denazification of this mass of the population consists in re-education, which is achieved by ideological repression (suppression) of Nazi attitudes and strict censorship: not only in the political sphere, but necessarily also in the sphere of culture and education."

Forced russification. Crime against humanity.

"Ukraine must pay for its guilt towards Russia. It must be treated as an enemy, and therefore may develop only in dependency to Russia. No "Marshall plan" may happen. No "neutrality" both ideological or practical".

"No Marshall Plan for these territories should be allowed."

Planned economic degradation against local population. Crime against humanity.

"Personnel providing denazification in new denazified republics cannot act on another way but only with direct military-police and management support from Russia. Denazification must be a Deukrainisation".

Liquidation of national identity. Crime against humanity.

"The history has proven: Ukraine may not exist as a national state. Any attempt to create it leads to Nazism. Ukrainism is an artificial anti-Russian construct… De-banderisation is not enough… Denazification of Ukraine must be De-Europeazation of it".

"The Bandera-elites must be liquidated, they cannot be re-educated. The social "swamp" who supported them must experience terror of war and learn the lesson, and pay for its guilt".

"Just punishment for this section of the population"

"The "Catholic Province" (Western Ukraine consisting of five regions) is unlikely to become part of the pro-Russian territories. (…) It will retain a hostile to Russia, but forcibly neutral and demilitarized Ukraine with Nazism banned on formal grounds. Haters of Russia will go there."

Or will die. It is called ethnical cleansing. Crime against humanity.

"The guarantee of the preservation of this residual Ukraine in a neutral state should be the threat of immediate continuation of the military operation in case of non-compliance with the listed requirements. This may require a permanent Russian military presence on its territory."

Permament occupation of General Gubernatory.

"The name "Ukraine" cannot be retained as the title of any fully denazified state formation."

Liquidation of national identity. Crime against humanity.

"In this case, the necessary initial steps of denazification can be determined as follows:
(…)
—installation of the russian information space;
—the confiscation of educational materials and the prohibition of educational programmes at all levels containing nazi ideologies;
—mass investigative actions to establish personal responsibility for (…) support for the nazi regime;
—lustration, the publication of the names of accomplices of the nazi regime, their involvement in forced labor to restore the destroyed infrastructure as a punishment for nazi activities (from among those who will not be subject to the death penalty or imprisonment)"

Gulag for all educated ex-Ukrainians. Crime against humanity.

It is a plan for ethnic cleansing, right?
link

"It constitutes a crime against humanity and may also fall under the Genocide Convention, even as ethnic cleansing has no legal definition under international criminal law."

So legally it is a plan for genocide.

Wow, I've never seen the word Nazi used so much. In nearly every sentence. A perfect example of the Big Lie propaganda technique in action. A country with a Jewish president, that has LGBTQ gay rights parades is a Nazi state. Goebbels himself would be impressed.

microgeorge04 Apr 2022 5:23 p.m. PST

They use that word a lot. I don't think they know what that word means. First person to recognize what movie I paraphrased that from wins a cookie.

Sure sounds like a genocide to me. This is terribly frightening. Scary what propaganda can do when the government controls the media. What is also very troubling is that many Russians likely believe this when it is read or when their leaders make these claims.

So basically, if you don't do what the Russian states decrees, you are a Nazi, Right?
