WW2 Russian Female Snipers and a dog from "Miniatures for Strays"

A new set to support my charity project for stray dogs in Romania (streuner-seelen.de) is now available over Germania Figuren (link). The set it is part a of the "Miniatures for Strays" series.

The new set is for WW2 Soviet Red Army female snipers. 5 figures and a 1 dog. The set is available in 1/72 and 32mm scale and can be ordered via Info@germania-figuren.eu or in the Germaniafiguren shop. The proceeds from the sale go to Romanian shelters.

Potentially great, but the 3D images have to be translated into real castings to judge the final quality.

These girls are very "easy on the eye" both facially and in terms of BMI. Their uniforms are also very well tailored, to accentuate their physical attributes. Not quite the impression one gets from contemporary photos, where they were….how did Terry Wogan put it? More "homely" I think he said.

Yes, it is so terrible, that they are a good BMI. Do you write thios also over GI's in this scale? I can't remember any manufacturer in the 1/72 figure range making chubby Soldiers. Or? I find discussing BMI on miniatures to be nitpicking. Of course, you can always badmouth characters

I find that if you want to find something to complain about, you can always find something.

Don't want complain but five snipers and no one aiming at a target?

The models look terrific (in every sense) and represent excellent modelling. They are five very fetching young ladies and only the canine is "a dog". This was not meant to be any criticism, plus the girl with the cloak must have been a huge challenge to create. Great work.

The one with the cloak is very well done. The others uniforms are far too well tailored in my view.

I'm intrigued to know how the dog uses that PPSh!

@Kungfucius

It is a set only for a quite theme.

@Trajanus
All my sets for to support my charity-project for romanian straydogs have one animal. It is great russian dog and he's just carrying the gun. It's just a special miniature

I for one think you should be commended for supporting such a worthy cause. And I can quite well see this loyal dog carrying his mistresses PPSh should she need it for self defense while freeing her up to concentrate on her rifle. And bravo for resisting the usual we see when a dog is included. That being, of course, the Russian mine dogs. I find those just sad.
