I am starting to paint some balkan forces around 1900, can anyone suggest 15mm figures for Greek cavalry

Maybe Japanese cavalry from the Russo-Japanese War?

Yes, I'd go with Japanese.
In 1897, they had a hussar style tunic with lace in front, but I don't think they used this was worn in action. At least not by most of the units. Most of the photos I've seen show cavalry in a plain fronted tunic.
