Great AAR, Dr.B!
I would have never thought of using Ambush Alley for something
pre 20th century! Really liked your basing with round bases
for multiple figures. Again, thanks for keeping us updated
and the links to your blog.
best always
Sam

Cheers Sam.
I wanted to play another game before I forgot what I'd learnt and though I'd give the 6mm Legion a run out. The figures are all Baccus, the French from the Franco-Prussian War range and the "Algerians" from the Sudan range.
Next game is hopefully going to be Algeria again but 1958. Finally give those ALN and paras a run out.
All the best
Andy

Very original combo of rules, period and figs!

Thanks. It all seemed to come together for once 😌 I like the combination of a quicker skirmish level game with a low number of units/bases, but with multi based smaller scale figures so it gives the visual appeal of a larger battle. I'm going to look at doing more of this.
