If used causality figure as table dressing for my ACW games. Whenever a unit takes major loses, I place a prone causality figure. It helps to show where the action was heaviest.

Not a fan of casualty figures. Looks good if making a diorama but to me that would be the extent of it.

Yes, I prefer them in their own pack as well. That was the case for both my ACW and Zulu War British. All figures prone on the ground. In my Vietnam collection I do have quite a few wounded on the ground as well as being helped from the field, since evacuation of wounded was a major part of the war.

I have only have one use for figures that look like they have just been hit, I did a head swap and turned them in to zombies. Then their poses did not look that out of place.

These were sold in packs of four. I was glad to have the choice of just prone figures.
