Hey,

Has anyone had any interaction with these guys? I ordered some barrels from them 6 weeks ago, not heard anything, despite emailing a number of times (including in Polish).

I've given them a deadline of this weekend before I open a dispute with PayPal. I would rather have the barrels (I bought a load of PSC T34s and they all have Bendy barrels)

I'm curious if anyone else has had issues with them?

Tim

Hi Tim this is the ultra modern boards.
Seems to me you're issue is with PSC! You shouldn't have to buy new barrel's.
You can try puting the barrel's in boiling water if you are Lucky they may straighten by them self's
Or you can try straighten
Them with you're fingers once happy put them in cold water

T-34 barrels are not that hard to make yourself. In my collection I had a bunch of Airfix 76mm and 85mm that looked just to slim compared to my fujama(so) models. I replaced the 76mm with metal piano wire and the 85mm with plastic tubes with a piano wire core.

Yeah, it cross posted by accident and I was too lazy to start again…

Thanks for the suggestions gents. I did try the hot water thing, with no luck, I might r try y it again…

Maybe hot steam will do the trick, from a tea kettle. More heat, more energy, more bendy plastic.

FYI, I believe that RB Models has ceased trading. I saw this on one of the armor modeling discussion boards.

Thanks KJ, that explains it. I'll head over to PayPal -it's a shame though….
