Andy, your figures are great. Using figures from different periods is working beautifully for your Algerian project. You,sir, have been a busy man! Thanks again for sharing. Did not know Savage War of Peace was still in print. Read it probably 40 years ago. Great book. Hope your eye doctor can help you out so you can read more easily. Sam |

Thanks for the kind message Sam. New glasses are on order so hopefully I'll be back at it in a couple of weeks. Yes A Savage War of Peace is an incredible book. I first read it maybe 20 years ago and the version I'm reading has a new preface discussing 9/11 and more recent conflicts and contrasting them to Algeria which is fascinating. They'll be more Algerian War updates on my blog this week so please check back. All the best Andy |
