Which miniature manufacturers make small Soviet ships like these? link |

If you are asking for WW2 1/2400 I would say none. In larger scales there are several, including your example, but no WW2 that I know of. There are several larger ships made in 1/2400 but not ones like this. On the other hand maybe Shapeways. |

Do you know about similar models for WW1 in metal at 1/2400? |

In 1/2400 that model would be 11mm long. You could probably make a half dozen out of a single craft stick. You might be able to convert one of the Viking Forge "generic" gunboat models: link I keep an array of these around for such purposes. However, all the ones I have are too big. The MO class was pretty small. You could also ask the 3D designer (spline.3d) to rescale the STL file to 1/2400 scale. Some are willing to. - Ix |
