Have you experienced perfection at the miniature wargaming table? |

Yup, in the middel of the ultimate game (so far). Regimental to Fireteam level, you make the high level decisions as to who fights as and when, how you spread your resources and then haveing made your bed you have to lie in it, were your top levels decisiuons right? Can you get supplies down that road for the force you have committed etc. Why just now, well there have been forrunners to this game but they all while in many cases educational and successful failed to include some level of decision making, the scenario was not sufficently expansive. This one at least at the moment is the best ever, but hopefully it will be knocked off its perch in years to come. |

Anytime I can game with friends and there is laughing and good hearted banter at the table, everyone enjoys themselves, that's a perfect game. I am very fortunate to be able to say I have had many. |

With cavcrazy! That is the perfection! (Of course, I once had a great Napoleonic Austrian cavalry charge that routed 2 French infantry brigades in a Fire and Fury Napoleonics game years and years ago. That was perfect too.)Ahhhhhhhhhhh. |

Another with Cavcrazy. Any game that I left with my sides and face hurting from laughing, good (but respectful) smack talking and lots of gaming, is a perfect game. |

Not via any set of rules, and I have played a ton, always fiddling with them, looking for the Holy Grail. But with my old friends it was always a special time to do something we had shared for a long time, a complete getaway from the real world. Priceless when I look back on it. |

I'd have said cavcrazy described a very good game--of which I also have had many. The perfect game is all this and winning, too. I've had those, but they're a lot less common. |

Perfection? No. However many years ago I ran a large Charlie Company game that got a little too intense for some folks, and we had to take a break. It got a little "spooky/creepy"… |

Late to the party, but Cavcrazy nailed it. I have enjoyed many. Sam |
