I posted a report of my first game in a solo campaign of Silver Bayonet. It's about a group of Polish "deserters" in Haiti and their local allies fighting supernatural forces. link |

A great AAR and simply marvelous paintjobs and terrain. I'm working on a French and an Austrian unit right now, along with some Revenants (GW zombies "Napoleonic-ified" with some shakos, knapsacks, etc) – going to use Scenario 2 to introduce the rules to the club. Then next a pack of bandits and a Changeling for Scenario 7. |

This is one of those games that I would prefer to see someone play, or play myself at a convention. I saw one guy's youtube video and it really turned me off to the rules, but I think there is something there. |

I also saw a youtube play through and wasn't wow'd but we did a play through and it wasn't like the 'tube, it was better. I'm sure we goofed on some stuff but it ran quicker than they made it look. |

It certainly looks intriguing. There's a nice range of figures too. Ideal for other historical skirmish games. Okay |
