Are they still in business, and selling miniatures? The site shows that they seemed to have closed for the holidays, but I can't even check to see if they still sell the minis. I can 3d-print most of the Manticoran ships, but would like to get some Silesian and Havenite, and used examples seem to be non-existent.

Yes and yes. You can also contact Ken Burnside at design@adastragmes.com. He may be able to get them and ship them faster.
